L’originalité de la démarche réside dans l’intention de vouloir explorer ce qu’il se passe actuellement et d’en faire remonter les causes plus profondes qui en sont à l’origine pour en prendre soin et guérir la racine de ses maux.
Ce processus peut être perçu comme désagréable ou remuant mais il est temporaire.
Il est à l’inverse de l’habitude culturelle dominante aujourd’hui d’une pilule qui jouerait le rôle d’assommer temporairement les désagréments pour un confort passager mais rarement durable, voire même qui peut revenir de manière plus intense.

La séance débute par une discussion afin de prendre en considération les différents éléments en déséquilibre aussi bien au niveau physique qu’émotionnel.
NB : les maladies sont des alliées pour laisser apparaître des déséquilibres.
Ensuite, vous pouvez vous allonger confortablement sur le dos, les yeux fermés et détendus pour recevoir le soin.
Les techniques utilisées lors des soins sont variées : usage des sons, visualisation de couleurs, méditation guidée, et mouvements des mains.
Le soin se déroule selon le principe de nettoyer les énergies, de remplir avec de la nouvelle énergie pure et enfin d’harmoniser et de fluidifier sa circulation.
Une fois le soin terminé, vous pouvez tranquillement revenir à vous et ressentir.
Pour terminer, nous pouvons échanger sur les perceptions lors de la séance et surtout faire ensemble les exercices de Qigong conseillés pour entretenir les effets du soin.

En revanche, je peux vous préciser que nous irons piocher parmi les différentes techniques à disposition que ce soit actif comme faire du qigong ensemble, passif en recevant un soin ou bien aussi des rituels suggérés par le paysage ou mon intuition.
La nature offrira un rôle de miroir pour mieux comprendre les scènes qui se déroulent à l’intérieur dans notre paysage intérieur et en interagissant avec elle en conscience, dans l’extérieur, on va pouvoir changer des dynamiques à harmoniser en soi.
